As Director of Operations, I spend my days helping keep things organized, connected, and moving forward behind the scenes.

I enjoy creating systems, solving problems, and helping people find the information and resources they need to be successful. Whether I'm coordinating projects, improving processes, onboarding new team members, or managing the countless details that come with a busy real estate brokerage, I love finding ways to make things work a little better than they did yesterday.

I'm naturally more comfortable behind the scenes than in the spotlight, but one of the things I value most about my role is the opportunity to support others. Building relationships, helping people navigate challenges, and creating positive experiences for our agents and staff are some of the most rewarding parts of what I do.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with family and friends and being involved in my community. I believe that strong relationships, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help others can make a meaningful difference both in business and in life.
