For us, growth in 2026 is about people.


It’s about helping agents get unstuck, move forward with confidence, and build businesses that actually support the lives they want to live. It’s about investing our time, energy, and resources where they matter most—into the agents who choose to build their careers here.


Here’s what growth looks like for our brokerage in 2026.


1. Growth Through Smarter Training: Introducing AI Academy

There’s a lot of noise right now about AI in real estate. Tools, trends, hot takes. What’s missing is clarity—and practical application.


That’s why we’re launching AI Academy in 2026.


AI Academy is a monthly training designed specifically for real estate agents. Not generic tech demos. Not theory. Real, profession-specific guidance on how agents can harness AI to:

  • Save time

  • Streamline their workflows

  • Improve client communication

  • Market more effectively

  • Reduce overwhelm


The goal isn’t to replace relationships or authenticity—it’s to give agents back their time so they can focus on what actually moves the needle in their business.

Growth, to us, means equipping our agents with tools that make their lives easier and their businesses stronger—not chasing trends for the sake of it.


2. Growth Measured by Agent Momentum, Not Just Metrics

One of the most common things we hear in conversations with prospective agents is this:
