We encourage our agents to carry the FUN core value into every interaction, whether they’re working with clients, collaborating with other agents, or representing FPG in the real estate community.

Real estate can be stressful and emotional, but when agents lead with personality, positivity, and care, it creates better experiences for everyone involved. Spreading joy, while remaining professional, is part of how we build trust and long-term relationships.

Balancing Real Estate Training With Camaraderie

We take real estate training seriously and focus on providing tangible knowledge that helps agents grow their business and serve clients at a high level. But learning doesn’t have to feel heavy or boring.

That’s why we intentionally balance education with celebration. Our meetings and events help reduce stress, strengthen relationships, and reinforce a sense of community within FPG.

Our monthly sales meetings are designed to be engaging, interactive, AND fun. Every month includes a creative element to keep energy high while still delivering meaningful updates and training. Throughout the year we have our awards show (The Homies), a Luau, a Chili Cook-Off, and even a White Elephant Gift Exchange. Each meeting blends learning and recognition, reinforcing that growth and fun can exist side by side.

More Ways We Create Fun in Real Estate

Our annual incentive trip is another way we make real estate fun while rewarding performance. Agents can earn portions of the trip (such as flights, hotels, and spending money) based on their sales production.

Over the years, we’ve traveled to San Diego, New York City, and Miami, and this year we’re headed to Austin. These trips give our team the opportunity to bond, celebrate success, and strengthen relationships beyond the office. We also host Half Day Fridays, where agents meet around the city to connect, ask questions, share advice, or simply kick off the weekend together.

And for our clients, we bring the fun at our client appreciation events. We love creating memorable experiences for our agents and clients to share.
